When you book an appointment, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you choose to add. Appointments are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. When you email or call us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and prepare for your visit.
We use this information to confirm and manage your appointment, to prepare for it, and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell it.

These services may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring site. We do not combine this data with your name or contact details except to measure that a booking was completed.

Appointment and correspondence records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the services above.
